Supporting Andy Berry on middle leg of his Paddy Buckley from Capel Curig to Nantmor. He was setting a very brisk pace, I was struggling to keep up and I was just doing this leg without the first two in my body! Good day out, apart from when we ran past one of them and got to next (800m further) before realising and had to go back - 15 minutes lost.
