Strength / Flexibility 15:00 [3]

Stretching on day off.

Saturday Nov 5, 2022 #

Running 22:30 [3] 3.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Warm up and cheering on the boys at XC state. Our gurls won state champs, and our boys got 5th as a team. Ryan Lewis got 3rd overall in an epic performance and Cooper Boyle got 9th. This was a great season overall, and while I wished I could have raced at state, it was still a good time cheering the boys on.

Running 50:00 [3] 6.4 mi (7:49 / mi)

“JV State” with the other alternates. This is a super windy, super hilly course, and we ran immediately after a 5 hour bus rude, so I only got around 19 minutes. Im excited for tomorrow to see how the boys can do.

Running 45:00 [3] 6.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Our last actual workout before the state competition. It was pretty easy (only 4x400) but they were all out and over hills and wet grass. We did a 15 minute warmup and cooldown to mileage.

Strength / Flexibility 30:00 [3]

Stretching and core after workout.
