5 x 1km intervals, with just over 3mins rest between each one. Times were 3:12, 3:17, 3:20, 3:18, 3:20. Went too fast on the first one and tired myself out for the rest.

First real orienteering event, very runnable area. One mistake near the end from not aiming off on a line feature, and taking it in the wrong direction. Blue course.
