Orienteering 49:25 [4] 7.07 km (6:59 / km) +246m 5:57 / km

Forest event at Auchingarrich, course length 5.9km, 19 controls.
Made a 3 minute mistake at control 3 - ran along the wrong ride from a junction and didn't check my compass. Luckily I relocated pretty quickly so didn't lose as much time as I could have done. Annoying though because Adam Barrie beat me by 2:30.

Sprint event in Crieff (spending half term in Scotland before selection races). Made mistake on control 13 - wrong side of fence. Should have checked control descriptions.

Short run, in PE lesson.

Pyramid, rest between each interval was twice the length of the interval.
15s, 30s, 60s, 75s, 90s then back down again.

SCOA champs at Hambleden. Made a 4 minute mistake to control 3, just didn't make a plan and overshot - took a while to relocate as well. Other than that the rest went well - not any small mistakes entering controls like last week. Thanks to Ben for making the elephant tracks :)

Yvette Baker heats, so green course (4.6 km, 115m climb, 14 controls).
First half of the run was very clean, until control 9. Overshot/ off-bearing to controls 9, 10 and 11 all by about 20m, so lost ~20s on each. No major mistakes though so not too bad. Average heart rate maybe not so accurate - I'm sure it was higher.
