4th (non-competitive) with Will and Quin running first leg. Started out a bit slow to the first control, but found a flow and started moving well in the mid section, but really lost the pace by the spectator. Really lush area and such a fun race tho

4th. Pleased with the position, but lots of factors kind of combining to help me lose time here and there. After about #13 I started to completely lose focus and made a big mistake on the next control, then just completely bonking and not being able to push with the running at all in the last section. Overall happy, but definitely pushing me into next year well.

Quite disappointed with my performance recently with pretty average evening races and a poor race tonight. Awful mistakes that were stupid to make losing 6-7 minutes. Taking it chill now before the weekend but wanting to make sure I get everything right on Saturday.
