Aiguillette des Houches from Les Houches and down past Bel-Lachat to Chamonix. Terrible fatigue and many stops, with huge pain in the foot on the descent. Incredible conditions and place to run, but this should've been a warning sign that I had gone too far.

10x10" hill sprints on Les Planards, under the advice of Paul Tierney. Felt strong, and definitely a good change of session from the track work.
