Felt tired to begin with and hadn't intended to do a mile of ascent, however perked up a bit after 30mins and thought I might as well. Walked the steeper bits and generally kept effort levels easy (erroneous HR readings - average more like 130). Felt relatively niggle free. Managed all different ascent lines whilst largely avoiding the main tourist routes.
