Inteval training with Christophe. 3x8min. Unfortunately I wasn't able to push hard enough to go really hard, but my body just doesn't want to. Every joint and muscle is so stiff it is saying stop at a 17kmh limit... pretty sad reality.

Skate skiing with the juniors in a snow storm. A long skiing training was planed, so we did it... because of the constant snowfall we focused on a restricted area where we could keep the track somewhat use-able.
