Emily and Mia were training on the lead climbing walls. A total of 9 hours at the gym! I did 50 mins of top rope ranging from a grade 14/15 warm up and then grades 18, 19 and 20. A total of 9 completed climbs and 2 attempts on a grade 22 and 23. 50 mins of bouldering (approx 30 boulders). 30 mins of strength.
