Running (Aranda) 47:33 [3] 7.6 km (6:15 / km)

Didn't feel 100% (onset of a cold) and almost didn't run. But once I got going it was good. Warm up then 6 hill reps on concrete path next to Aranda shops followed by fartlek on Aranda Ovals.

Normal loop plus 2 hill reps. Felt good and increased the pace in the last 2 km

Tendon in right shoulder was quite sore so started with easy climbs. Also feeling very tired. But the shoulder seemed to improve somewhat, so ended up doing some black climbs and an easy yellow that I've done previously. (1 yellow, 8 black)

Normal loop plus 2 hill reps. Felt tired due to lack of sleep on overnight flight from China, arriving in Sydney at 8:30am and then driving back to Canberra in the mid-morning. Took it easy but ended up doing a reasonable time.

Indoor climbing (South of Shanghai) 1:00:00 [2]

Finally found a good gym. It has a small but good boulder wall and a proper competition lead climb wall as well as a few autobelays and a good spray wall for traversing. Well worth the drive. I used the three 15 metre autobelays (all climbs easy, at about grade 16) and did reps on them and also did a good workout traversing the spray wall

Indoor climbing (Somewhere in China) 45:00 [3]

Small boulder gym in a sports hall in Songlingzhen which is west of Tongli and south-east of the city of Suzhou.

Running (Wujiang, China) 27:31 [3] 6.0 km (4:35 / km)

2 laps of the lake next to hotel. First lap cruising and then pushed the pace on the second lap. Felt good.
