Qld champs day 2. V Tired and wasn't able to keep the pace as high as yesterday. Pretty good run technically, but got a bit spacey near the end. The other girls (including Meri) were just much quicker. Great runs from Mikaela and Ellie with Mikaela taking the win by 7 secs.

Qld long distance champs day 1. Wondai. Nice spur gully with erosion detail and enough wattle to make the visibility tricky. Mostly good but made a couple of silly mistakes not paying enough attention to compass. Running was very hard work. Not sure how I'm going to back up tmw
