The Sticker - Dorset 3 Peaks. Decided to start steady along the road which was a good idea then got into a nice rhythm up the first steep hill. A few too many people around though who kept stopping to walk in front of me so kept losing pace which was a bit annoying. Did not feel too fresh at this point. Felt better off the top of the hill and had warmed up more by the last two less steep hills. Bit of a different atmosphere to a fell race but still good fun. Finishing on the station platform was pretty cool too. Ended up 5th lady I think.

Early morning run at Farley Mount with James who was down in Winchester visiting relatives. Nice run, should do this more often. Calf fine running, but generally a bit sore throughout the day despite stretching and massage.

On the track this evening... 9 x 500m (3 sets of 3). 100m walk back recoveries and 5 minutes between sets which was way too long. Missed the start of the first so only did 400m. Felt tired before but better once running, did feel a bit short of breath though. 1.45-46 for every rep. Shattered after and legs a bit sore and tired.
