Working most of the day and had enough of sitting. Short ride to get outside before dark. Bottom part of King Edward Park closed so planned hill turned into riding back the way I came on the flat.

Home alone for a few hours so went for a ride. Strong southerly wind down to Swansea but a help on some sections heading home. Almost cleaned up by a car that turned out of a tee intersection into my path and then decided to turn left across the front. "Politely" explained my displeasure but don't think he got it.

After a few days rest after Beechworth efforts and a couple of long work days catching up, set out for an easy ride down the Fernleigh track. By the time I got the track was feeling good so put in a bit of effort.

Morning ride to Beechworth mountain bike park. Could feel the tired legs on the up hill sections and there seemed to be a lot of up.
