MTBO 1:14:18  20.0 km (3:43 / km) +300m 3:27 / km
BOSS 3 at Killingworth. Identical score and time as AH, though both of us 2 points behind Steveo and Hamish. Line course OK with no real errors, maybe one route choice not optimal. Set off without much of a plan for the score course, just ride in a bit of a loop and drop a few 1 pointers if necessary at end. About 1/3 way around a bit of a loop workedout I only just had time to go straightish back to the finish. Went past 4x1, 1x2, 1x3 on the way.
Had GPS in indoor mode so distance and would elevation a bit of a guess.
MTB 41:32  11.0 km (3:47 / km) +265m 3:22 / km
First ride for a couple of weeks following injuring my ribs getting dumped while surfing and hitting the board. At least it wasn’t falling off the bike like the other 2 or 3 times I’ve hurt my ribs this year. Felt OK enough to decide MTBO should be ok on weekend.
