Thought I was doing OK until I got to the end and saw my time! Had a few things against me... Not least my glut which is a bit twingy at the moment and I have to be careful when running to keep my stride controlled!
Supposedly 4 x 6min at threshold pace... But struggled badly with motivation today and nearly pulled out after 5min. But stuck at it and felt better after a while.
lunch time. With Tania from work to show her the river trails. Slow for 30min with a few bits of extra effort from me. Then 5min hard after she finished... and 5min jog back.
King of the Mountain. Didn't expect much and didn't cover myself in glory. ABout a minute slower than 2 years ago... but that time I did a few practice runs and had more determination! Legs a bit sore from Thursday night sprints
We did good. 3rd out of 20 teams. Scored 700 out of the 870 points. A couple of nav errors that cost us a few minutes. Otherwise a solid plan and we executed it well.

Hill Sprints with Harriers Club. Part of Steve RJ training group now! Easy run to Gaslight hill. Then Long/Short x 5 Long = Gaslight drive up the 2 hills to the Cambridge Plateau. Short = Just the 2nd bit on the road.
