I'm sure all people had problems with the weather but I feel I'm extra bad with this kinda temperature. Though the qual. run felt better than expected.

Eventhough a huge mistake to #2, I feel I've done quite good navigating this spring. Gotta keep up the good work.

RG Gotta ask: Jagge, what do you think about the form lines especially near #7.
Dunno why RG cut my GPX to the last control. In AP it goes to the finish.

Now the heat really struck. Already at #1 felt like I could quit. No real mistakes but really slow going with lots of walking.

Not sure did the heat just deceive me but I didn't feel like there was birch pollen in the air any more.

Giro d'Lago di Aqua con Assu.
After couple of years solo run had Assu as a pace maker with his bit faster bike. You can tell that by how other "real" cyclists greeted him but not me. At least I got hello as well. From Minna K. She was probably doing her second Vesijärvi loop of the day.

Evethough it wasn't that breath taking, after the cycling I can brethe only with half a lugn capacity. If I try more, immediate coughing. So pollen is back after few days of rest.

HR went bezerk sometimes. Looks like my crave for Polar V800 comes in the right time.

District middle champs. Nice terrain and nice course. Never thought I'd say that after doing orienteering in Asikkala. I guess Seqi is a man of his word.

Eventhough it had rained, pollen made it hard to breathe (thus I think max HR was what it was). But managed to minimize the other problems so good result. And what matters the most, jusbet far behind.

Been doing good results (compared to the shape I've been in) in big relays within a year. This was no exception.
Small mistake to #1, then fairly good executing till #9. There a 1min mistake. After that mistakes can be counted in seconds.
