Long run with Malley all on roads. Headed up to Ringinglow via Sandygate and back along long line and all the way down the Eccy road (it was a lot longer than i remembered)

10 intervals up hill just outside the village. gets steeper as you go up then ran off the top a little chest was absolutely burning on the last couple.
