With Rhonda from PV. Shortly before turning around I had some hamstring discomfort, so dialed it back. So maybe back to the ebike next time. When we got back to the car the roads were wet and it had obviously rained, but we didn’t see any on the ride. Just wet roads all the way back home in the car.

Note

Saw this nice fellow this morning, trying with some purpose to cross the road near my driveway. I tried to dissuade him (or her) with a stick, but obviously not a big enough stick, and it only made him more determined. So I got a bigger stick, and he was pretty aggressive about it. Eventually I flipped him over and thereby got him over to the side of the road, and thence right side up again. I would say about 2' long, and in need of a good bath if he thinks he is going in the Westminster Turtle Club show.

1 PM

Note

Thought I was going for a bike ride, got all ready to go, but the air looked pretty smoky, so I put my stuff away for another day.

Gym 20:00 [3]
slept:7.0 weight:166.3lbs

3x10 squats with 75# inter leaves with 3x10 lat pull downs at 8, then 3x10 BPs at 55-55-65 with 3x10 dumbbell curls at 20#. Limiting factors: discomfort in R adductor, not quite a strain; weakness and discomfort in R shoulder. No surprises. Other than the adductor, squats are quite favorable, especially for the knees.
