Out onto Table Mountain again. North east along the lower slope past Jan Van Riebeeck Park and around the front of Devils Peak then up to Tafelberg Rd. Very steep climb and a hectic headwind to boot. Back to just before Platteklip Gorge into the wind and then down to Deer Park and home.

Big Bay Parkrun in Bloubergstrand.

An out and back course along the beach. We had a mid-tide level, so the surface was decent, but also a southerly wind; from behind on the way out and a tough slog on the way back in.

Felt tired and sore after yesterday's stair training up to Kloof Corner. Held it together though, getting to the turn around in about 20:55. Tougher and this slower on the way back. Dug deep and moved up from 5th to 4th.

Nice and memorable course. Must be horrible though at high tide.

From Oranjezicht onto lower slopes to Kloof Nek, then along the pipe track for a while. Did a u-turn back to Kloof Nek and then up to Kloof Corner. Contourmpayh to under the cableway and back home via Tafelberg s-bends.

From b&b in OranjeZicht, up into the lower slopes of Table Mountain at the reservoirs, to Kloof Nek on the lower footpath and back on the jeep track, continuing onto Platteklip valley and back home.
