Run around Stirling Ridge and Parli House before the paddle.

Ankle still isnt great after rolling in Stromlo Sprint. There were a few 'cracks' as I was running which weren't painful but a bit disconcerting

Longer paddle up the Molonglo in the double with Al. Prong in his Ski.

Good to get a longer one in. Got hammered by the storm through central and east basin and stuck to near the shoreline in case the lightning started up
