My body is rejecting the attempt at becoming a better paddler!
My huge arse is useless and not activating so my hips flexors have become overloaded inflaming the tendon/bursai. Havent been able to move without pain since Sunday and have an ulstrasound and prob cortisone tomorrow to help get it settled. Until then its ice, roller, voltaren and green tea!
