Nice course around Campbell Park. Right calf/Achilles has been tight so was gonna take it easy but felt good so stretched out.

Concentrated in nailing the nav and did for the most part. Took a risk a 10 and lost a minute or so. Calling the termie 50cm was a bit generous though!

Strugglesville to get going this morning but the legs started moving eventually, was a slow pace which helped. Beth joined Seb then we bumped into Eliza and Marty.

For some reason the usual coffee at The Front was canned so I just rolled towards work and decided to head to Momo.

Run home and decided to something quicker to get the legs working again. Thought of doing 4 x 5 but decided to do a 5k to see where im at.
