well it was 'THE' important final this week ....or so I read somewhere.

tonight's workout killed me. Got home and fell over from dizzyness (similar to the day we were out running the old route from #2 to #3 in this year's Raid the Hammer) and was pretty dizzy and not quite with it for about an hour afterwards.

Wow, take it a bit easier, dude. Seriously.

If we could only bottle some of The Hammer craziness and sell it...

I really thought it was just an excuse to stand up afterward and run your hand through your hair continuously...
