A slightly longer warm-up to Donnington bridge, then into some mile reps. I had originally thought about doing k rep but changed it up about 900m into the first one.
First rep was along the river, then found a great cycle way for the other two. Some undulation to make it a little more interesting. Should be a good spot to do intervals in the future.
