Sunday Long run. New loop out towards Picket Twenty and back through the centre of town. Bit of a grim day, but nice to get out. Legs felt good which is encouraging after yesterdays session.

Andover Park Run. Hard work but managed to pace it far better than I normally do. Helpfully had a guy who went out at a good pace and stuck behind him. Felt conformable up to around 3k then tried to push it for the final 2k. Good park run PB.

Spinning Class at the gym before work. Good session and nice bit of cross training. Struggling to get my heart rate up to the expected levels, but still getting a serious sweat on.

Final two were up hill. Legs felt good but efforted seemed higher than heart rate suggests.
