New area, Bonnyfield. Tough course on a tough area, compounded by my orienteering brain just never switching on. I'd "helped" to put out the first control but couldn't even manage that - put it in the wrong place! Scatty and all over the place, and then I completely stuffed up #13, running around in circles for four minutes without a scooby. Poor show.
Back really suffering from "running" bent double and all of the twisting and turning through the tough veg; might be a rough night and a sore day tomorrow.
