Leg 1 74:50 a little slower than last year, but I took it easy/carefully down.
Leg 2 1h51:14 faster than last year, in the rain and wet!
Leg 3 1h26:54 faster than last year, but when through a bad patch on the climb up, all light headed and didn't get back into nice running after that... last 2 40+ places with 3km to go!!!

ran hard, but get dropped by the race winner, then and a battle for 2nd, thought I had it in the bag, but Christian didn't want to die and took me on a very rocky down hill near the end. My old legs can't dance over the rocky any more!!! 3rd no old mans prizes!
