Hills on honley moor. 400m hard up, 200 down easy, 200 down hard, 200 down easy, 400 hard up, 300 down easy. That's one set and I did 4 of these. Very tough, hardest I've done so far.
Long run. Over to Upperthong and into Netherthong. Over to Oldfield and then across the fields to Honely woods. Along the ridge and down into Meltham and then up the valley, over the top and then just down the road back home. longest training run ive ever done i think...
MDOC night event around Dovestones. Good run although i admit i may have had a little tow from Quentin for a fair bit of it. Finished 2nd behind Quentin in the end
