Wednesday May 24 #

Running 32:10 [3] 6.28 km (5:07 / km)
shoes: Nike Revolution 3

Went back to the trail and turned left instead of right this time. It lead to the beach at Alcafar which I recognised as we went there the first day and is the scene of Becca becoming a tomato. Went a bit further on and found this round tower thing which was also rather uninteresting. Went back through the town along the sea front to make a sort of loop. Not feeling so good today, maybe a little dehydrated.

Tuesday May 23 #

Running 37:40 [3] 7.41 km (5:05 / km)
shoes: Nike Revolution 3

Spotted a the start of a trail and so headed down there and then found some signs to this place in a couple of km so followed them and found a rather uninteresting village at the end. Turned round and went back the same way. However the extra distance to the village meant I got back to the hotel a bit too late and dinner had been closed. However Becca's main guy Paco hooked us up with a pizza so it was all good.

Monday May 22 #

Running 23:12 [3] 5.05 km (4:36 / km)
shoes: Nike Revolution 3

Exploring S'Algar. It's not very big but was a bit limited as it was dark and no head torch so stuck to the street lights. Hoping to get a bit further out tomorrow.

Sunday May 21 #

Orienteering race 41:46 [4] 7.73 km (5:24 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talons 212s

Scottish champs relay. Jack hadn't had the best preparation and so wasn't feeling too great and I went out a little bit down. Quickly realised my legs were still pretty dead from yesterday. Running was pretty slow and a few misses too didn't help. Missed 5 as I was looking ahead and failed to notice myself running over the path just before the pit and so overshot fairly massively. Also a few bad routes running much further round than necessary on a few.
