Orienteering race (QB3 day 3) 17:04 [3] 2.67 km (6:23 / km) +11m 6:16 / km
shoes: Brooks GTS18-1
WSU MacArthur Campus - Hard 2a (M55A)
Lying second to Undy by 8 odd mins before this so had I had to do was have a steady run and avoid a MP. Managed both despite losing a minute on 13 where I didn't see the obvious route choice and had to run around the OOB hedge to the north.
Overall a great 3 days of orienteering in three very different areas.
