Attempted to do my weekly trail run with Lisa. Only went about .8 miles the knee was really starting to hurt. Ended up walking for about 1.5 miles.

Finished with stretching.

The rowing left my right knee very sore. It actually swelled up a bit, which caught me by surprise. The knee did not hurt while I was rowing, just after I stopped.

Iced my right knee after class.
