Warm-up: Row 400m, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions

Strict(ish) pull ups 3 set of 3 (I suck at pull ups)

Row 800m
25 GHD Sit-ups
25 GHD back extensions

Finished with stretching.

The rowing left my right knee very sore. It actually swelled up a bit, which caught me by surprise. The knee did not hurt while I was rowing, just after I stopped.
