Signed up for another 36 sessions that should take me through the summer and up to the surgery period.
After tension stretching from my ankle to hip, the machine based exercises focus on my upper back and shoulders.
Really stiff today from the mapping yesterday. Right leg complained throughout the ride. Calf felt like it would cramp. Had to stop pedalling several times to shake/stretch it out.
Lots of tension stretching on every thing from the ankles and up. Then a set of machine-based reps for the upper body. Hip didn't like the calf lift machine, had to reduce the weight to the minimum. Back was ok throughout.
The back was still sore from the vacation and gardening so after a lot of tension stretching we worked hard on the upper back. Can feel it this morning!
Weight is down to 155. Can I keep it there? Or loose a couple more? Stay tuned.
Easy ride with G&G&G through the Don valley up to Don Mills and back with a couple of stops to rest and visit friends on a beautiful spring day.
Hurt a bit on the hills but otherwise easy going.
Returned from a great trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos with a sore back but it was an active trip with lots of snorkelling, hiking, and biking. Lost a couple of pounds but it was probably from the diarrhea session mid-trip. : (
So we worked on the upper back/shoulders and the quads. Felt ok afterwards - just a little stiff.
