Lower body focus. Pulled the left lower back a bit while stretching so I had to be careful the rest of the session.
Still recovering from 3 hard working days at the cottage.

Hard work on the abs and legs this morning. Back is still cranky - not sure the source. Mattress? Postion? Too much exercise. Too little? Posture at the workstations?
