Still feeling weak. Bit of s sore throat, low energy. Was going to go skiing but backed out Good stretch after the walk. At least there are no muscle aches like a flu.

Feeing on edge, like a cold is waiting to burst out. So I tool it easy.

Sets of 3X10 on the bench - bent row, arm curls, chest press.
