Morning jog, drills, shopping. Feeling half-ill but took some paracetamol and hoped for the best.

Tiomila. Not very happy with my technical performance, especially the 2mins (?) i dropped to the first. Thought id missed the train but ran v hard to catch on the long leg, where again i fully spooned the attack. But from there i was in the front all the way, we picked up a few more as we went too. Slowed at the end to keep it safer and was able to send out Tilde just ahead of a big line of good runners.

This year we could break into the top 40 wheey!! And it was a lot of fun :-)

Sort of had flat intervals planned but then Meg and Ben appeared in Farsta and i couldnt resist going to mörtsjön with them. 4x short o intervals, only one where i tried to take short cuts and drifted off line, otherwise not too bad.

Training at brantbrink. Mass start, so i ran the long course to make sure i pushed extra hard (decided i was okay for a session after all.) Bit of a nuts start with 1k on tracks before getting in any forest. Quite smooth apart from a small miss on 3, where we were all faffing about a bit cos there was no kite. Ran about 2/3, dont really want to dig deep for long until the weekend, but pleased that this much went okay.
