Qualification for the sprint. Heavy legs from yesterday and not so clean on the stressy bits so not so thrilled about dragging myself rounf it all again later, but should be a good experience!

Final. Fucked it in the beginning, not so impressed with myself :-( felt a whole load better than this morning though, managed to get going a bit better in the second half of the race. Had to go back and repunch one of them, got a bit lax with where i was waving my arm.

Morning jog. Feeling fine, managed to stub my toe just before going - okay for performance but blood dripping out my shoes, great.

Orienteering - hard race 14:00 [4]

Sprint Relay in turku. Absolutely bricking it about first leg before i ran but found it really quite stress free, just stuck in the back of the pack trying to be economical, and not trying to do too much. Everyone else made a small mistake before the final push back to the arena, which was flattering for me. No sprint finish but that wasnt part of the job.

Centrum Teamsprint with Louise, 2 legs each. Felt pretty awful from yesterday and breakfast sitting quite uncomfortably but tried to push on. I ran legs 2 and 4 and Louise already got a big lead on leg 1 so i just had to keep it. One bad route choice from the pressure but mostly stable. Good courses i thought and good day out!

Snösätra and then to centrum. Feel crap after yesterday.

Orienteering - hard intervals 28:00 [4]

Test running some city cup final courses. Ran as intervals and some legs twice, testing route choices. Took some effort to get out the door but fine once going. At least napping game was strong today, feeling a bit less stressed now.
