in Mulgrave, some bits like an ice rink! fun to run with other people. felt okay, calf fine but a bit stiff at the end. also have a stuffy nose but not feeling ill.

another jog to see how my calf was, probs went a little bit aster than necessary, which often happens when i try to focus on my running technique. felt fine, so tomorrow will do some more jogging and drills as well as calf raises and stuff. :-)

nice dawn ski before breakfast... felt good, calf completely fine. afterwards 3x10 single leg calf raises, so should be good for a mini jog this afternoon. Snow melting a bit now though :-(

easy, as im feeling absolutely knackered and have a slight sore throat. not quite 'ill', but trying not to get ill. really pleased with how my calf is getting better, not a problem to walk today and managed to do loads more calf raises. unfortunately i cant see the physio about it cos he's on holiday. meh. so i'll just keep carrying on with what i'm doing and hopefully i can run in a few days. :-) more skiing tomorrow as long as i'm feeling good.

From home (!) ... really fun and got quite warm in the end. Not too long because I've never done this before, but seemed like a success and my calf was ok with it.

Usual stuff, but missing out the calf things. Managed 3x5 calf raises on both legs with no big pain, didn't feel great though. Will stretch out again later and use a heat pack/massage on it.
