Calf really not happy, so no running and couldn't do any alternative training (on EUOC xmas weekend). Otherwise feeling tired but surprisingly okay.

(injured) shoes: Walsh PB racer

Loch Vaa in the snow. Middle distance, got nearly to end then felt sudden pain in left calf (top, inside). Not sure if tear or cramp from the cold, but stopped straight away.
Technically shaky in parts, more so near to the end. Low fitness level and easily distracted > not concentrating enough.
Tough in the long heather, felt I had okay strength but not endurance.

Exam today, was kinda stressed as expected. Had planned not to do any training because of this, and stuck to it (!)... also feeling really tired, will enjoy a good nights sleep tonight and hopefully get a bit more back to normal tomorrow, with studying out of my life for a couple of weeks :-D

Feeling kinda better, so went for gentle swim. At least my shoulder is getting better :-)
Bit of a sore throat in the afternoon. Hope it will go away with a good nights sleep as feeling okay otherwise.

Headache and sore throat. Bleugh. Hibernating and trying to get better for exam and training later in the week. At least it made me revise (a bit).
