Pooped...too tired to do ANY warmup stuff...I'll try to do it later as need to keep at it for as much injury prevention as is possible.
About 35 degrees...feels warm.
I was going to walk more and do only about 4...never got going quick (relative to my condition) but added 1/3 of mile...ran last 1.55 w/o stopping...or shuffled it...24:07 at 2.
