shoes: bright pink

Replacement instructor while Cory is in Africa. Upon entering room I was a little daunted because written on mirror was: 10->1 burpees, clean and press, pushup and pull up, squats, lunges, tuck jump, mac raise and fly and skater. Warm up was already in progress so just joined in. Then told to get bar for upper and lower plus hand weights, so i wasn't sure what was on the mirror was for us or a relic of previous class (though seeing as it was Lewis that was highly unlikely - him off the stage?? never)
But it was for us.. and after doing 10 then 9 and 8 and I was thinking I'm not sure this is a way to inspire us. But improved as after 8 it was off for grass run (which I altered to be carpark run as long grass=wet shoes and orthotics) then 7,6 and a 5 min break of upper body and body weight exercises . Then back for 5 and 4 another grass run and then back for 3,2,1. Ab focus then then final strength section.
Overall quite good and probably similar in intensity to Melissa's classes for our future Fridays. Lots of talk still afterwards about Liv's dismissal and when Cory decides she got enough to pull the pin too and move.
