Running intervals 19:20 [5] 5.4 km (3:35 / km)
shoes: Aasics Gel-Fuji Racer (Blue)

4x550m, followed by 4x800m. Rests were between 60-100secs, quite long, and inconsistent. All times and distances and aren't accurate either, they're estimates 'cos I had no watch or gps.
Ran with Cillín, started together for most, but I let him go first for 2.
They went pretty well, hard to really tell how you're doing it with no watch, but I felt pretty good.
Cillín's really fat at the moment, just saying.
