game of ultimate frizbee today. such a tiresome sport. the pro guys are very quick over 10-20m. enjoyed it, played barefoot and foot was fine

Swimming 35:00 [3] 1.2 km (29:10 / km)

Did 2x 500 then a few laps trying to limit the pain in my left shoulder. breast stroke was good for a few hundred m but then shoulder hurt more. may talk to a swim coach

1 min run 3 min walk. so dark at 6 now, had to do laps of the oval by the hockey fields for their second hand light. foot fine, hip sore, shoulder better (can prob swim again tomorrow)

1 min run 4min walk. Foot felt good and im super motivated to run. i really want that awesome feeling back that i had when me and pat did a mt wellington run almost a month ago. I felt so good then running 2 hours on the mountain without a problem. cant wait to get back into it

Did a kind of fartlek session while working on distance. each 50m was done as fast as possible. the other distances were to work on comfort over a long time. could have done 1k on the last one but had to get to uni

Training like it was running, so wanted to do a 'long' today. Just annoying that a long swim that takes heaps of effort only lasts 30min. Origionally i planned to do two 1k's but after ten mins of sitting in a spa it was obvious my body wasnt going to allow that

I can run again! but only a limited amount. 5min walk 1 min run. progress through these slow stages till i can run 20-30 min straight with no foot pain
