Note

I went to my mates party last night, they just moved into a 9 bedroom share house with a tennis court. The party made abc news radio headlines for the several arrests and 200+ drunk people

Went for a swim today. I'm getting pretty into the swimming thing, prob because i feel like i'm improving every time i go for a swim (not hard to do when your starting from nothing). today did 200, 10 x 50 (fast), 100, 300, 100.
30s rests between the 50's but the other reps had a min or so rest. Felt good but also not sure if i'm damaging my right shoulder from to much too soon. I often go into things 100% and come out of them via a physio office so if there is a problem i wont be overly suprised

I've been sick all weekend. Sat, Sunday and monday i could hardly move due to aching teeth, jaw, throbbing headache and constant temp changes.

Today i felt good enough to go back to the pool. As i'm not very good i'm building up distance. did 100m, 200, 100, 300, 100, 300, 100, 200, 100. with a min or two break between each distance. finished with 3 fast 50m added to the end just to really test myself.

Felt good to do the swim but if i've only covered 1.3k today i have a long way to go to get 2k without a break.
