I've been sick all weekend. Sat, Sunday and monday i could hardly move due to aching teeth, jaw, throbbing headache and constant temp changes.
Today i felt good enough to go back to the pool. As i'm not very good i'm building up distance. did 100m, 200, 100, 300, 100, 300, 100, 200, 100. with a min or two break between each distance. finished with 3 fast 50m added to the end just to really test myself.
Felt good to do the swim but if i've only covered 1.3k today i have a long way to go to get 2k without a break.
