Running 59:55 intensity: (39:51 @2) + (20:04 @5) 10.36 km (5:47 / km) +44m 5:40 / km

5k time trial - 20:04. Definitely slower than I'd hoped but probably good all things considered. Thought it would be interesting to see where I was at at this point as I'm slowly returning to more consistent training and intervals.
Feet sore after. Missed my running goals this month due to this unidentified foot pain, was doing better other than today obviously being too much for it.

Managed to keep all the km's under 4 so things are heading in the right direction.

Feet didn't seem too bothered. Right one hurting this evening though.

Light you again. Feet feeling a bit better, will try some more serious stuff on the weekend. Sort of just feels like theres something in my shoes, like a cotton ball, under each arch.

Little you to test out the feet. Had to skip intervals this weekend :( and it was the right choice. Left arch started to hurt after ~2km at very slow pace.

Intervals with Connor. First flat intervals in a very long time. They don't have public tracks here (wtf's up with that?) so they just do loops around large grass fields. Also probably means they do things by time not distance which I like less - we did 7x3min at ~3:45 with 1' rest.
