Did a ride at the gym. Drenched in sweat but couldn't get my breathing going too hard - thighs were on fire though.

Weights but a bit more dynamic. Adding in some squats and easy deadlifts

WJR UBC - Absolute downpour. Ankle started to hurt about half way, kept going though. Only navigational error was not checking that a staircase I used at UBC during sprint camp course was now turned into a set of planters :(
Maybe some slight route choices could be improved.
Ankle very sore the next several days :s
Went to the physio again, UBC Sports medicine this time so quite a bit more expensive. Got some new exercises and he said it was okay to run but maybe to start with some walk run intervals and increase/decrease the walk time inline with the pain/swelling
