played frisbee for quite some time with the kids, seem to have pulled or strained or something my inner hamstring/groin musscle, too much lunging lol, feels a bit better today though so i think itll be fine by the weekend

Sun Run 10 km, im happy with this time considering my recent level of training and the fact that it's the sun run and i spent the first 2km dodging people. hopefully i can get my 10km time down by another couple minutes by june/early july :)

WET - lower Lynn map - Ran without a map because i had helped plan the course on monday night and remembered most, got a little slow on the last couple. Also ran quite slow, knees sore from the weekend.

Trail 10km race. tougher course that i thought it was going to be. didnt do quite as well as i would have liked.. good way to end a week after our last shoot (three school days at about 12 hours each)
