a vain attempt at some intervals, round 1:30 each, gave up after three or four, hamstring wasn't feeling to supper. ended up being a decent workout though.
wet, straight course with 2 pick 3 of 5's, Central park. Had a mass start with the fast guys & Louise, made me push way harder than i normally would of. Definitely tough, but was good.
sort of a tempo run 4 X 4min pushes with 1 min break, 3-4 min warm up and cool down. Changed my plan at least twice during the run because the road hurt my shins...
