great way of spenidng birthday - camp spot in the middle of nowhere and then walk out of glen tilt - jogging in places as turned out to be much further than expectedand running out of time - camping kit a little less heavy today without food

Fantastic 15km walk above Glen Tilt - taking in Carn Liath, Braigh Coire and Carn nan Gabhar. Carried most of the kit including tent,bags, and heavy weight M&S pan - must have been approaching 20kg. Good strength training! Great weather as well.

Left bags at Loch Moraig and parked car down at bottom of Glen Tilt to the start of the walk, jog in boots back up.
