A day of sprint training I had planned for the local elites. I carried some peopes stuff and water in a bag which made sprinting a bit hard and also with planning I probably didnt get as much out of it. But I'm not the one at WOC or JWOC so didnt matter.
Sprint training round don valley, then forest sprint round Bowden Housesteads. Then to gleadless for a sprint race. Except we were all dead and a bit dehyrated so not as much happened at Gleadless.
