Note

Well post WOC hasn't been as relaxing as planned. Meant to be a 4 day holiday in Killin with Laura's family.
Relaxing Wed morning in Edinburgh then drove to Stirling. Did a big shop and then my car wouldn't start. AA came couldn't work out the issue but it randomly started and was safe to drive.
During the AA got a message that the accommodation was double booked and we couldn't stay.
A few stressful hours trying to work out how to fix my car and somewhere to stay.
Eventually got back to Edinburgh about 9 hours after leaving with a fair few dashboard messages.
Saved by Murray and Tess.
Car now in ford garage and got to run back through Wester Hailes. Just love that place, who needs the hills.
Did manage to get a place near Penrith so there now but without my car, bike and some bits.
Also forgot my Garmin on my run as the strap broke when I ran straight into a lamp post in the QF quite fast.

WOC KO Sprint =18th

I thought 2022 was crazy but standing on the start line of that Semi Final was a pretty surreal experience.

Might write more but quali went well, felt crap but love a good housing estate.
QF could hold the group because my descending in dumbiedykes was better than the rest.
Absolutely binned on the dead running then some fortune to sneak in at the end.
SF happy with my execution, physical level not there.
Wonderful day, amazing support.
