Down to grass track at Holyrood. Tried out my new inov8's. They seem to have been growing or my feet have been shrinking. Did an 8min tempo and some 400s with 200 jog. Just cruising. Feeling okay

First session with Peter since he moved back. Good to have the company.

10min tempo on the field then 2x1k. The tempo felt okay but the ks were horrible. Legs heavy and also still struggling to breathe. Not sure if it is some kind of illness or pollen/asthma but I have had it a few times. Not a major problem and at least am still running 72s
