Another rest day, but after a night drinking & dancing at a wedding, and sore feet (maybe a bit too much barefoot/minimal running this week) it was needed.
Despite this week being a bit slack, has been a decent month of getting back into training & racing. There aren't any more races planned for a good few weeks, aside from the midweek burn ups, so another couple of weeks getting some base miles in on foot & bike before getting my arse in gear for two months from mid July...
